Shipping Policy
We at SILVER LINE CENTRE understand that you would like to receive your products in a timely fashion and in top condition. We utilise our extensive network of couriers to deliver the best to you as soon as possible. At Silver Line Centre, we are dedicated to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for you. Our policies and terms of use are designed with your convenience in mind, so we encourage you to review them carefully to make informed decisions.
- All orders are processed within 1 day of the payment being received.
- We will ship out your order within 2 days of processing.
- Our courier partners will deliver your products within 5-7 working days. [Note: Our courier partners try to deliver before the estimated delivery date, but sometimes they might be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances].
- Orders are processed and delivered on business days only. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- We currently only deliver to destinations in India. Subject to the shipping rules and restrictions below, delivery is currently free for all purchases for orders above Rs.800 from silver-line-centre.typof.in. For orders under this value, a shipping charge of Rs. 80 (inclusive of all taxes) is chargeable for each order.
- During sale and peak periods, orders may take longer to process. Our delivery times should only be used as a guide.
- Currently, we are shipping to India only, no International shipping.
- Receiving Order Guidelines:- To ensure your order arrives in good condition, we ask that you record an unboxing video and take photos with a time stamp within 48 hours of delivery. If you receive a damaged or opened parcel, please record a video, take photos, and do not accept the delivery. Send the images, video, and order number to us via email so we can address the issue promptly and resolve any claims with the shipment agency.
- Process:- After placing your order, it enters our processing system. Once your item(s) pass through quality checks and are securely packed, they are handed over to our delivery partners. You will receive a unique tracking number via email and SMS once your order is dispatched. Use this number to track your order on the courier partner’s website.
Return, Refunds and Exchange Policy
- If you have received a wrong/damaged product, we can replace this with the exact same item. Goods can only be exchanged if it is returned unused and intact, or by providing proof of damage/defect.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. They should be returned with all original packaging and tags.
- Product Accuracy and Quality Checks:- We strive to make our product listings as accurate and detailed as possible. All orders undergo multi-layer quality checks before dispatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
- The return of any product is at the sole discretion of the company based on the condition. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery .
- Please do not accept the product if the inner packaging is damaged.
- Please email us or call within 24 hours of delivery if you want to apply for an exchange, with relevant proof (photo or documentation) as seen necessary. We will have our customer care contact you as soon as possible.
- We will email you detailed instructions on how to exchange your product once you receive our exchange confirmation.
- It is a customer's responsibility to return us the unused products.
- Please mention your order number in the mail that you send to us.
- No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
- All products once purchased are non-refundable.
- All Combo orders or Gift items are not eligible for return or exchange.
SILVER LINE CENTRE reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The firm will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
