How do I return an item purchased on SILVER LINE CENTRE?
SILVER LINE CENTRE offers its customers an ’Easy Return Policy,' wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 24 hours of receiving the order. We also accept partial returns, wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.
- Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email ( silverlinecentre@gmail.com ) within 24 hours of receiving the order or by calling 7304496539 or WhatsApp.
- Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
- Step 3: The customer will have to make sure that the refund will only be initiated by us if the products are received in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and packaging intact. It is the customer's responsibility to return the unused products.
Processed orders cannot be cancelled.
Items once exchanged/returned are not eligible for further return or exchange.
Refunds are issued as store credit only, or whatever is applicable based on the productsItems purchased by redeeming store credit are eligible for size exchange only and not eligible for returns.
We offer 7 days for notification of return from the date of delivery and a further 7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services.
Which are the items that cannot be returned/exchanged?
In a few cases, the refund is made via a credit note that can be used to purchase another product of the same value on our website.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Returned without original packaging, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories, or if original packaging is damaged
- QR code is tampered with.
- Defective products that are not covered under the Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
- The product is used or altered
- If a request is initiated after 24 hours of receiving the order
- Free product provided by SILVER LINE CENTRE
Yes. The free gift is included as part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
Yes. A return can be created at the item level, and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full, including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products that came along with it.

Normally, the refund is made to your account during bank working days, i.e., 5 to 6 days, via the payment mode used by the customer at the time of purchase.
In a few cases, the refund is made via a Credit Note issued by us to the customer, which can be used by them to purchase another product of the same value ( Terms & Conditions apply ).
