Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

How do I return an item purchased on SILVER LINE CENTRE?

SILVER LINE CENTRE offers its customers an ’Easy Return Policy,' wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 24 hours of receiving the order. We also accept partial returns, wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.

  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email ( silverlinecentre@gmail.com ) within 24 hours of receiving the order or by calling 7304496539 or WhatsApp.
  • Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
  • Step 3: The customer will have to make sure that the refund will only be initiated by us if the products are received in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and packaging intact. It is the customer's responsibility to return the unused products.
  •      Processed orders cannot be cancelled.

    • Items once exchanged/returned are not eligible for further return or exchange.
      Refunds are issued as store credit only, or whatever is applicable based on the products
      • Items purchased by redeeming store credit are eligible for size exchange only and not eligible for returns.

        We offer 7 days for notification of return from the date of delivery and a further 7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services.

Which are the items that cannot be returned/exchanged?

In a few cases, the refund is made via a credit note that can be used to purchase another product of the same value on our website.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Returned without original packaging, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories, or if original packaging is damaged
  • QR code is tampered with.
  • Defective products that are not covered under the Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
  • The product is used or altered
  • If a request is initiated after 24 hours of receiving the order
  • Free product provided by SILVER LINE CENTRE
Please note: For certain marketing campaigns or mega sale periods, special return/exchange/refund rules may apply. Information regarding this is visible on the promotion banner. All Combo orders or Gift items are not eligible for return or exchange. For any clarification, please feel free to contact our customer care.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. In case of COD, a store credit/brand voucher will be issued for the same amount

The only charges that will not be refunded are the COD charges / Shipping charges.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items

Sale or Promotional Products
GIFT Card
If you choose to refund the credit back to your bank account from where you made the payment, the process will begin once our courier partner picks up the items, which will take 3-7 business days. And this will take 3-7 business days. This option applies to all pre-paid orders paid using Debit/Credit cards, Netbanking, and Online Wallets. Please note that this does not apply to COD orders.


Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?

Yes. The free gift is included as part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes. A return can be created at the item level, and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full, including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products that came along with it.

How will I get refunded for the returned orders, and how long will this process take?

Normally, the refund is made to your account during bank working days, i.e., 5 to 6 days, via the payment mode used by the customer at the time of purchase. 

In a few cases, the refund is made via a Credit Note issued by us to the customer, which can be used by them to purchase another product of the same value ( Terms & Conditions apply ).
